A Little Book About Bravery is a board book I wrote, designed, and illustrated for A Kids Book About and the first title in a new format I helped create for the company. The book is for the youngest readers: a bright, bold introduction to the idea that bravery isn't just for knights and superheroes. It's for everyone, every day. The design challenge was building a visual language that worked for toddlers: simple enough to read instantly, bold enough to hold attention while still feeling fresh and considered.
A Little Book About Bravery is in print and available through A Kids Book About. It's the first title in the board book format I helped develop for the company and the only book in my portfolio where I'm credited as author, designer, and illustrator. Every word, every shape, every color was made by the same hand, all the way through.
